At ITD Innovation, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This policy applies to all products sold through our online shop at www.itdtech.ae/shop, including laptops, computers, smart home devices, networking equipment, VR headsets, and accessories.
Return Window
Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless the item is under a manufacturer warranty claim.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date.
In original, unused condition (or defective as received).
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Not listed under Non-Returnable Items below.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items with tampered, removed, or broken serial number / IMEI stickers.
- Software licenses, digital downloads, and subscription services that have been activated or redeemed.
- Consumable items (batteries, ink cartridges) that have been opened and used.
- Items damaged due to misuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or accidents caused by the customer.
- Installed smart home devices that have been wired into walls or integrated into a home automation system (unless defective on arrival).
- Custom-configured or special-order items (unless defective).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at info@itdtech.ae or through our Customer Care portal.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive approval – our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item – pack it securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the approval email.
- Receive your refund or replacement once we have inspected the returned item.
