Delays caused by lack of cooperation or delayed approvals may affect timelines and delivery.

7) Fees, Payments, and Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deliverables become the client’s property after full payment, and

  • ITD retains the right to reuse general knowledge, skills, and non-client-specific components.

9) Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

  • Business plans, pricing, and proposals

  • Technical documentation and source code

  • Client data, credentials, and internal information

  • Any non-public project details


Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

10) Data Protection and Privacy


We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where applicable.


By using our services or contacting us, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for service delivery, support, and legal compliance.

11) Third-Party Services
