Are you a creative all-rounder who blends digital marketing strategy with powerful visual design? We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer who can build our brand online, design scroll-stopping creatives, and produce high-quality videos and motion graphics that convert viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn
- Design high-impact graphics, social media creatives, carousels, ad banners, brochures, and email visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
- Edit professional short-form videos, reels, and TikToks using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Create motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, and promotional video ads in Adobe After Effects
- Manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows on Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across every touchpoint — social, email, web, and ads
- Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with the sales and design teams
- Track performance metrics, conversions, CTR, and ROAS — then optimize creative and campaigns for better results
- Apply SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy basics to grow organic reach
- Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent, professional brand voice
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and graphic design
- Strong graphic design skills — proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
- Strong video editing skills — proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut (proof of work required)
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing fundamentals
- Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or comparable email marketing platforms
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and brand consistency
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, hashtags, transitions, and creative formats for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Understanding of customer behavior and the ability to craft sales-driven creative
- A strong portfolio is required — please share samples of your designs, videos, campaigns, and email work
- Previous experience in a tech or B2B-focused company is a plus
Compensation & Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month
- Location: Dubai (must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
- Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
