About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Website Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a high-exposure role that reports directly to the CEO. You'll be designing and developing websites, managing client digital marketing campaigns, and helping drive measurable growth across our clients' digital channels.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

Website Design & Development:
• Design and build responsive, high-performance websites (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Create modern UI/UX designs tailored to each client's brand and goals
• Work with Odoo (our core platform) and WordPress CMS
• Ensure SEO-friendly structure, fast load times, and security best practices
• Manage ongoing updates, maintenance, and e-commerce functionality

Digital Marketing & Social Media:
• Own and grow clients' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Plan and execute monthly content strategies — posts, reels, stories, banners
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Handle on-page and off-page SEO and keyword strategy
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates across channels
• Deliver weekly updates and detailed monthly performance reports

CEO Office & Client Management:
• Serve as a primary contact for client accounts — from onboarding to delivery
• Present proposals, updates, and results directly to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on time and on track
• Support the CEO with planning, documentation, and daily operational tasks
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with clear communication

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of experience in both web design AND digital marketing (not just one)
• A strong portfolio of live websites and/or campaigns — required to apply
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CMS (strong advantage) or WordPress
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
• Confident client-facing communication skills — you can run a meeting solo
• Ability to manage 3–5 concurrent projects with attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus

Nice to Have:
• Prior experience in a UAE or GCC market
• Agency or fast-paced startup background
• Video editing or motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
